In depth
You can sort and search your images by file name, date, size, and type, and even include your own custom criteria. The image list can be displayed in ascending or descending order, and you can also filter images by specific dates.
The program uses image cache and read-ahead technology for better performance, and can convert your images into various formats (except GIF) with many options.
You can acquire images from your scanner and digital camera; print images, mosaics, and image albums; and create nice slide shows.
You can apply effects, such as brightness, contrast, saturation, and hue to your images, and zoom to concentrate on a specific portion of an image.
A batch conversion tool is included, an you can turn image collections into screen savers and send images and albums by e-mail. Move formats (AVI, MPEG, Indeo, and QuickTime) and audio formats (and WAV, MP3, MIDI) are supported using the Windows Media Player.
The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
