A closer look at OfficialReport XT 2.0

Badia OfficialReport XT generates professional-looking reports detailing all the characteristics of a single document or group of documents. With the click of a button, you can get formatted listings of document fonts, document colors, style sheets, H&Js, picture fonts, picture colors, document preferences, basic or detailed picture usage, and application print styles.

The built-in batch report feature automatically generates a report for up to 100 documents at a time, without having to open any of the documents.

Reports created with OfficialReport are themselves fully formatted QuarkXPress documents, with the information presented in a compact, to-the-point tabular layout. For ease of readability, OfficialReport only lists settings currently applied to a document, ignoring non-applicable settings.
