The "W" in WBMP stands for WAP (Wireless Access Protocol). The program features helpful wizards; the ability to rotate, inverse, mirror, and scale an image; as well as cropping, dithering, sharpening, and embossing functions.

It supports the BMP, EMF, GIF, ICO, JPG, RAW, WMF image formats, and of course WBMPs.

You can also modify the bit rate of an image; convert your image to grayscale, HSI, monochrome, and RGB; and split an image to its HSI and RGB channels.
