CyberView Image is an interactive JPG compressor that runs either as a stand-alone application or as an Adobe-compatible plug-in that integrates into many graphics applications. You can open any JPG, BMP or PNG file, and then adjust various sliders that change the compression level and smoothness. The resulting image is displayed in a preview window beside the original.

Features of Cyberview include: a built-in image browser, the ability to optimize the compression engine for a group of similar engines (using Q-Tables), separate sliders for compression of intensity and color components, and support for progressive JPEGs.
