TimeCapture functions as much more than just a time clock -- it totals and prints the hours, allows you to send messages to the employees and optionally allows them to send messages to you. It "reminds" employees when they forget to clock in and out. It calculates overtime, and lets you record times for vacation, holiday, and training time, or any type of time you choose.

You can allow employees to view and print their own times, but they can view only their own times, and can't make changes.

TimeCapture can also be used to record hours worked by consultants or by those who work on a project basis -- salaried persons could use TimeCapture to track the number of hours spent on various tasks. This is done by assigning different codes to each project, and using the different codes to record times for different activities.
