You simply specify the availability of each employee every day, the name of the tasks, the days in which each task needs to be performed, and employee qualifications and preferences.
You then assign your employees to daily tasks and the program alerts you if you have made an improper assignment, such as assigning a given employee to overlapping tasks.
The program interacts with QuickBooks Pro to transfer employee timesheet information for use in client invoices and employee payroll.
