A closer look at StatusView (16-bit)

When installed on your network, all employees can instantly know each other's whereabouts, and take messages for those who are unavailable, without requiring any external email support, or other hard-to-configure software. StatusView can also be run on a single PC in a standalone mode, providing a receptionist with a powerful and convenient way to replace markerboards and sticky notes.

The main in/out display shows every employee's status in words ("Out to lunch") and as an icon, so you can quickly "see" who's in and who's not.

Messages are delivered with your choice of popup notification, a beep, or a WAV file sound. If a message is taken while you are unavailable, it is delivered as soon as you change your status. And you can configure StatusView to actively notify you when a coworker's status changes--by flashing an icon, beeping or playing a user-specified WAV file, or automatically popping up over any running application.

StatusView is easy to install and includes a Configuration Assistant to walk you through initial setup.
