The game features new lifelike 3D golfers that were modeled using the most advanced motion capture technology for accurate swings. There are six golfers you can play as (male and female), and you can play against Jack Nicklaus.

The new Mouse Meter option gives you the real feel of the swing. To take swings simply move the mouse to the right to take a back swing, and move the mouse back to the left to follow through (in one fluid motion). Your shot is based on the distance to each side, and the speed of the movement.

There are a number of different play modes including Stroke Play, Match Play, Best Score Competitions, Sudden Death, Skins, Bingo Bango Bongo, Tournament, and Certified Stroke Play.

You can position the camera anywhere, at any angle on the course to make shots and watch replays. You can even line up putts at the ground level for precise aiming. New game physics allow for uneven and hillside lies.
