A closer look at Subnets
Subnets automatically creates a subnet mask based on the number of hosts you need on each subnet. Or, if you prefer, you can create your subnet mask manually.
The program performs both binary and decimal conversions so you can see the bits which constitute your subnet mask.
You simply enter an IP address on your network and a subnet mask (or press the "Subnet Mask" button and have the program generate one for you), and click the "Calculate Subnets" button. The "Mask Check" button turns green when a valid subnet is present.
