Driven by command-line switches, this utility can perform ROT-13 on letters, ROT-5 on numbers, and ROT-128 on binary files.

While no rotating cipher is completely secure, it is still useful for hiding data.

ROT-13 ciphers can also be used on Usenet postings that may make people upset, enabling you to provide warnings as to the contents of a file.
