KeyTech EventLogger Control lets you write events, with optional insertion strings and binary data, to the application or system event log on a local or remote computer. You can also: read, clear, load and save event logs; enumerate event log records; receive events for log changes; configure event sources in the Windows registry; and retreive category and event descriptions, including parameter replacements, from the configured message files.

KeyTech EventLogger Control is coded in C++ for speed and size. The control has no runtime library dependencies and may be used with Visual Basic, as well as VBScript and JScript. Windows 95/98 users may access the control running on a Windows NT computer using DCOM.
