This utility lets you display various properties of your URL shortcuts, including their default browser, description, and last time they were accessed.

You can perform searches using specific criteria, and explore the history file linked to Internet Explorer with the ability to create new bookmarks, as well as automatically rank them according to "most visited" and "last accessed".

uRL+ also enables you to export and import your bookmarks to and from Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and Opera, and features a multilingual interface, supporting English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

The program also runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
