In depth
The text is antialiased, and the fonts and aspect ratio can be controlled. Text can be made bold or italic and aligned to the left or right. The control supports multiple lines, with optional word wrap. There are a variety of edge styles from which to choose.
Other features include: support for 256 different colors, and support for multiple languages. The control's data is stored in the HTML page.
There are two versions of Billboard, this plug-in version and an ActiveX that works with Netscape. Either version can be automatically installed on the end-users machine, depending on their browser type.
