can be used by administrators of MSmail version 3.x postoffices.MailUtil provides five utilities. It can generate a list of all local users giving details of their mailbag number, MMF file size, and the number of e-mails waiting for them.
It can identify the owner of any mailbag and create a list of all e-mails referenced within it along with useful details of each. MailUtil can generate a complete list of all the external postoffices known to the local postoffice, including SMTP and SNADS gateways. It can identify their mailbags, connection method, and number of e-mails waiting to be delivered. It can also search for e-mails that are still present on the postoffice but are not referenced in any mailbag such as stranded mail. Finally, MailUtil can produce a text file containing a list of all SMTP addresses registered with the postoffice (useful for remote users).
