Overview

What is All-Mail?

allows you to periodically connect to an Internet Service Provider to send any outgoing e-mail and retrieve all newly received messages from any number of e-mail accounts, and then disconnect.

In depth

A closer look at All-Mail

If a connection is already in progress, All-Mail checks frequently for new e-mail and sends all outgoing messages, which can also be held until the next scheduled connection to the Internet.

All retrieved e-mail messages can be distributed and read by any authorised e-mail client through the use of All-Mail's local POP3 server.

Outgoing e-mail is delivered through the use of All-Mail's SMTP server, which transfers messages onto a smart host for further delivery.

In addition, the program includes APOP secure login and IP address restriction, comprehensive logging of all events, and audio and visual notifications of new mail.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
