helps sound designers and operators in amateur and small professional theaters play sound effects.
Simply cue up the sound effects (MP3 or WAV files), and click to play them straight from your computer. Unlike a static cassette or CD soundtrack, the program lets you rearrange the order on the fly, and add new sounds to accommodate last minute changes.
Sound Cue 2000 even has a built in "sound script" editor (RTF and TXT file format), so you can mark script cues on screen. The RTF format lets you highlight cues in any color and font, a feature particularly useful in the dim light of a sound and lighting box.
Sound effects and music can be automatically pre-faded and post-faded. Fades longer than 15 seconds require a separate WAV editor. You can set the location of your WAV editor and then call it from within Sound Cue 2000.
