Falco Texture Maker is a relatively simple application that can be used by graphic artists to create textures using a basic set of drawing tools. It features a very outdated interface, however, and it is not particularly easy to use.

Create tiled textures using the bundled resources or your own files

The application allows you to import up to ten image files that can be used during a project. The BMP and JPG formats are supported, and you can cycle between the various items easily at any time. However, you cannot remove any of them without clearing the entire list.Falco Texture Maker provides you with a number of texture files that may prove to be very helpful when working on certain projects, and they can be found in the main application folder.

Simple texture creator that offers a limited tool set

Once you have selected the image you wish to work with, you can modify its angle and scale, as well as choose from one of the three transparency methods. Optionally, you can have the program set the angle of the image at random.You can set any local image file as the background, and then either insert times separately or draw freehand. When you are pleased with the results, you can generate a preview and export the file, but only the BMP output format is supported.

Features a very outdated design

Sadly, the first thing to stand out when launching the application is the fact that the interface is hopelessly out of date. The program can only be run in full-screen mode, and it is clear that it has not been modernized for quite some time.All in all, Falco Texture Maker is a no-nonsense utility that enables you to create textures using available graphic resources and a standard set of drawing tools. It is not very powerful, however, and it features a disappointing UI.
