Throughout the game, one, two, three blocks of various colors fall from the top of the playing area. When the blocks form a solid row of three or more blocks across the playing area, that row vanishes. The game ends when the pieces stack up to the top of the playing area.

3rd Block includes options that let you start the game from any of the ten levels, and display or hide the next block. It includes a High Score list.
