A closer look at Panic Volcano
The main character in the game is a volcano. He throws fireballs and tantrums. He offers insults and is generally very mean. If his pressure gets high he'll leak lava and if it gets to the top he'll blow his lid. You play the part of fireman Biff. Your task is to soak the volcano with water, put out forest fires, and make sure the villagers' huts don't burn down.
The game is viewed from the first person perspective with your water cannon visible at the bottom of the screen. Using the mouse, you can spin your view up, down, or around the volcano. At your highest point, you can look into the mouth of the volcano. At your lowest point, you can see the forest and the villagers.
Panic! Volcano is played in rounds - with the first round being the easiest, getting progressively harder. Mr. Volcano will progressively throw more and more at you, including new types of attacks in the later levels.
