To begin using the program simply specify which applications you want to track and set the hourly cost rates for them.
The program tracks only the application that is currently active. For example, if you run several applications simultaneously, VAKCER Project Tracker Personal Edition records the time for only the active application and document you are working with. As soon as you switch to another document or application, VAKCER Project Tracker Personal Edition will follow you.
Project reports can be viewed and printed with a click of a mouse. Project statistics can be easily viewed, printed or exported to a database for further processing. You can have multiple, simultaneous projects. Clients can be defined and assigned to projects, you can create custom activities (such as phone calls and meetings), and you can create project time and cost limits.
VAKCER Project Tracker is easily accessible from the System Tray.
