allows you to process 2D and 3D visualizations of data matrices (digital images).
The program was specifically designed for scientific research and education. Hesperus can be used for processing data obtained with medical or astronomical instruments, mathematical modeling data, geographical, geological, optical, and radar data, and others.
The program has the following features: works with data matrices of any type (integer, float, complex); fast processing and visualization of large data files (up to 2 GB); displays data matrices as 2D or 3D images; and supports RGB channels.
Hesperus also includes a convenient tool for manipulating 3D surfaces (viewing at different angles, color and lighting modification), and has the ability to map an arbitrary RGB texture on a 3D surface (for example, you can map an aerial photograph on the altitude grid).
The program also lets you perform filtration, rotation and stretching of matrices, and texture and spectrum analysis. In addition, it supports multitasking and the simultaneous execution of several processing jobs.
