In depth

A closer look at Desktop School

Desktop School contains five modules: Spelling 101, Math 101, Sketch Pad, Hangman and Tic-Tac-Toe.

Spelling 101 uses drag-and-drop to teach children to spell words from images with three difficulty levels. Numbers and mathematical tiles are included to practice math problems not covered by the math module.

Math 101 has children adding, subtracting, and multiplying with the aid of colorful graphic objects.

For the artist in every child, Scratch Pad provides shapes and colors, or freehand sketching.

Hangman and Tic Tac Toe are included for play time.
