With CallMe e-businessREADY, on-line shoppers can call your company while browsing your Web site with a simple mouse-click on a CallMe icon displayed on the Web page.
Once clicked, the call-back request is passed through the Internet, yet the phone calls are connected over ordinary public phone lines. The shopper gets a free, instant connection to the seller, and the seller gets a live sale lead.
You can analyze the demographics of the caller; produce global call tracking, forwarding, and analysis reporting; integrate all call data into your entire business process; and schedule international conference calls for up to nine people.
You can also feed live sales leads to your call centre; monitor Web-based sales call activities; and chart sales representative responses to Web-based enquiries.
In addition, you can access your voice mail, publish press releases, and participate in on-line tenders.
