ISP Companion handles every process you need, including user account information, trouble desk activity, employee data, usage reports, prospect logs, Internic registrations, automatic creation of user accounts and privileges and ftp directories, software distribution and mailing labels, Novus credit card batchin and batchout processing, automatic billing via e-mail, sales reports, invoices, and more.

Clients run on either Windows95 or a NT Workstation. The server can be any ODBC compliant database. It supports unlimited number of clients (flat rate for any given single site). The communications process is based on utilization of an Ascend Radius Controller.

ISP Companion includes the runtime environment as well as the executable and empty data file. For initial login use "admin" with a password of "admin". For system maintenance use a password of "maint".
