Contact Coordinator v1.2 Description:
Using a Windows 95 Explorer-style interface, the main window is divided into two panes. Contacts are organized in a hierarchy of folders, organizations, teams, and people in the left-hand pane. You can place people as contacts below other people to reflect subordinate relationships. You can further organize your contacts by assigning user-defined categories to each contact. For each contact you can store as many addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses, web addresses, and reminders as you need, as well as links to documents related to your contacts. Each piece of contact information (address, phone number) is displayed in the right-hand pane as either large icons, small icons, a list view or a detailed view. Simply click on an item to perform an action (e.g. send e-mail, dial phone number, send fax, browse web site).
Contact Coordinator is also Internet-enabled, allowing you to share contact information with others. Any sub-tree (in the left-hand pane) can be published to a data file for import by others. You can even publish these files as an HTML document to be shared across your Intranet or the Internet.
Contact Coordinator also features seven different ways to import and four ways to export your contact information. You can print address and phone books, people and organization lists, envelopes and mailing labels. When not in use Contact Coordinator can be minimized to the System Tray.
