There are nine standard item categories of fixtures which include: ceiling (Clg), bracket (Bkt), receptacle (Rec), three-way outlet (3W), four-way outlet (4W), special purpose ground fault (SP), television (TV), and phone (PH).
Standard items are common to various rooms in dwellings such as kitchens, master baths, and halls.
Special items include electric ranges, air conditioning, security systems, and more.
There are no limitations to how many standard or special items can be entered or saved.
One time labor and/or overhead costs can be easily included, and you can use up to four unique price schedules for both standard and special items.
You can use several reports which enable you to review installed quantities, display price schedules, make cost versus income comparisons, and print mailing labels.
In addition, a database backup and repair utility is included.
