is a document imaging application which lets you scan and manage any documents related to agency automation.DigiFile allows you to scan, index, file, retrieve, share, fax, print, e-mail, and distribute documents as well as computer-generated reports.
It supports over 200 file formats, including BMP, CCIT G3 and G4, DWG, DXF, JPG, PCL, PDF, and TIF.
The program enables you to annotate your documents with lines, rectangles, circles, arrows, text, stamps, logos, and signatures; automatically index documents using OCR, bar codes, and special zones; and easily archive and distribute your data on CDs.
DigiFile includes database support (any ODBC-compliant database, such as Centura SQL Base, as well as Microsoft Access and SQL Server); scanner support (ISIS, Kofax, and TWAIN scanners); image processing functions, such as rotation, zooming, panning, and inverting; and full text OCR in Microsoft Excel and Word.
You can also search and view your documents over the Internet or intranet using the Internet Access Module plug-in (available separately), set up an unlimited number of database fields and forms, and password-protect your files.
