Tsippor ("Bird" in Hebrew) lets you type all consonants and vowels, as well as the four main accents, allowing you to automatically zoom in to enhance the readability of vowels and accents.

In addition, numbers are automatically displayed from left to right, and consonants that have final forms automatically get them at the end of a word.
