is an add-in utility for Microsoft Access that enables you to create sophisticated, clear, and organized reports without programming.
It places the power of report design, creation and updating into the hands of report consumers. While providing default formatting and positioning, it gives you total control over every aspect of what is placed on the report.
Reports can be designed and edited interactively by previewing them at any time. The program provides complete support for sorting, grouping, filtering, formatting, positioning, custom headers, calculated fields, automatic totaling, graphic elements and more. It also has the ability to include objects such as pictures, spreadsheets, word processing documents, or other binary data.
Views enable you to create custom data sources from single or multiple tables, queries and other views. Sort, group and filter criteria may be defined within a view, which can then be applied to any number of reports. Aliasing allows descriptive renaming of cryptic or confusing table and field names
Templates enable default formatting of page setup information, headings, group indentation, advanced filtering and more. Also, header and footer information, such as report titles, company information, logos and page numbering can be consistently applied using templates. Templates can be used to enforce workgroup or company reporting standards.
