The only way that a player can achieve this is by assigning values to cards, counting those values as the cards are dealt, and betting accordingly. Learn-To-Count BlackJack will teach you to firstly learn the Basic Strategy, secondly to learn to count, and thirdly to vary the bet according to the value of the count.
There are many options which you can adjust. You can show (and hide) the count and true count values or deal multiple hands to allow concentration on counting. Seats can be played manually or automatically, and built-in guides aim your strategy for Nevada and London styles. You can also set numerous options for cut percent, slow/fast dealing, double down and split prompt, early surrender and many others.
