Public2PrivateWare (P2P) is a client-side add-in for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook users. P2P specializes in calendar replication and synchronization between personal and public calendars in Outlook.P2P auto duplicates and synchronizes Outlook calendar appointments created in a public, private or a pst calendar (and not marked Private) folder to another Outlook calendar - private, or pst (within the same pst folder). P2P also works with any PDA device BlackBerry, Palm, IPAQ, Treo etc) when set up for public to private synchronization using Outlook. Public2PrivateWare is a client side solution requiring set-up on each user's workstation. With our Relationship Wizard it is very easy to configure. Number of Calendar Relationships: One to One (tied); Replicates New Appointments: Uni- directional (1-way); Replicates Changes/Deletions: Bi-directional (2-way). P2P is easy to use & install. No end user training required. Once set up, the solution runs in the background.
