lets you store and track employee information, performance evaluations, absenteeism, training, vacations, and more. The program is divided into the following sections: Employee Personal Information, Absenteeism, Banking Information, Dependents, Employee Layoffs, Equipment, Medical History, Performance Evaluation, Training, Vacation, Vehicle Tracking, and Wage Tracking.
The Absenteeism section tracks employee attendance, date of occurrence, amount of time missed, name of supervisor recording the information, and the level of discipline administered.
The Banking Information section tracks employees' bank locations, account numbers, and type of account. This is useful if your company has direct deposit, monthly RRSP contributions, or even pension plans that the employee has directed funds to be placed in.
The Dependents section tracks employee dependents. This will assist in the maintenance of company benefit plans, the planning of holiday functions, etc.
The Employee Layoffs section is useful if your company has to lay off contract and hourly employees. This form will track which employee, and in which position, was laid off first so as to know which employee to call back first.
The Equipment section monitors equipment put in the possession of employees (for example cellular phones, sample kits, walkie talkies, etc.). It also tracks the date and condition the equipment was in when it was taken and returned.
The Medical Information section tracks medical conditions, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts.
The Performance Evaluation section tracks employees job performance.
The Training section tracks employee education (courses taken, dates taken, cost, grades, retraining required, etc.).
The Vacation section keeps track of employee vacations each year. It tracks employee days used, whether it is used for sick leave, day off or scheduled holidays.
The Vehicle section keeps track of the vehicles used by employees. It will keep a record of the mileage used by each employee and which vehicle they used. It also keeps track of the condition of the vehicle when it was taken out and returned.
The Wages section monitors employee wages and the dates and increases given. It also keeps track of the positions and the departments the employee has worked.
