Recording starts as soon as you click a button, and can be stopped in the same manner.The output file is automatically created with a predefined name and location. Unfortunately, you cannot change these options. On top of that, Sound Recorder overwrites existing files, so you should be careful when managing multiple recordings. Playing the recorded sound is done just as easily. There are no other notable features supported by this software application.It does not put a strain on computer performance, as it runs on a very low quantity of CPU and RAM. Unfortunately, Sound Recorder failed to record several audio files during our tests, although no errors occurred (the output file was zero-sized). We must also keep in mind that the app has not been updated for a while.
