When you start the WspTool, it automatically determines the state of the Winsock Proxy Client. If itís enabled, WspTool gives you the option to enable it. If its disabled, WspTool gives you the option to enable it. This is done instantly, without the need to reboot your system.
This version of WspTool also has a silent commandline-interface. When WspTool is started through a commandline-switch, it runs invisible to the user.
