All you need in order to design an interactive plan is a suitable background image and BlinkMap. The program exports your created map as a Java application, which you can also view using your Web browser.

Features include an easy to use WYSIWYG editor; a zoom and scroll function; the ability to assign hyperlinks, names, text, and attributes to your defined areas; the ability to mark areas using icons; a banner option; an expire option; and no Java or HTML knowledge is necessary.
