Every 30 minutes a Windows screen opens and animated figures are shown doing stretches for you to follow. You can adjust the number of minutes between stretch sessions, and the number of stretches to include per session. Each stretch lasts 15 to 25 seconds so you are back to work in one or two minutes. You can also start the program at any time, or delay stretches for one or five minutes.
