The game includes 11 challenging lessons, including Behold the Brain, Kidney Stew is Fine, Living in a Liver, and more. In each lesson, Nelda must figure out what to do, and then survive long enough to do it. Nelda can walk, jump, spit flaming custard at falling eggs and other flying objects, climb ladders, bang switches with her head, kick things, and more. But on her journey Nelda should avoid Elasticow and Blue Plate Greelynob.
You get 50 points every time you start a new lesson. In addition, you gain and lose points in each lesson, depending on what you spit at, and the calamities you encounter.
Nelda Nockbladder's Anatomy Lesson features four levels of difficulty, music, sound effects, game save, a detailed help file which includes tips for completing each level, and more.
