Total Office Manager combines the features of Total Invoice Manager, with a full featured General Ledger with up to 24 open periods. The G/L lets you reprint all the details of your transactions at any time, for both current and previous year. You can choose yearly, quarterly, or monthly setup. Posting to previous year for Y/E adjustments are carried forward automatically to the current year. You can generate a current year, previous year, and comparative Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
Total Office Manager handles deposits, so it is great for furniture stores, renovation contractors, landscapers, and any other business that requires a customer deposit (prepayment) for the goods or services. The inventory handles both products and services, and keeps an online history of all the transactions for each item, with details of shipments, receipts, adjustments, etc. Invoices and packing slips can be printed and re-printed as you need them. You can also easily create credit notes for cancellations, returns, etc. Taxes can be extra or included in the prices.
It also features check printing, support for backorders, support for one or two sales taxes (e.g. Canadian GST), aging of accounts receivables and payables, file import/export, and more.
The data files are 100% compatible with Total Invoice Manager, which can be upgraded to Total Office Manager at any time during the fiscal year.
