That's when this script comes in. Create any form you want, with as many fields as you would like. The contents will be emailed to you and the information you want to keep in your autoresponder will be inserted automatically. How does it work? It's simple, really. Just include some hidden fields in your form: the name of the list to add to, and the name of the fields to insert into AFU. The script does the rest.
