Intercom uses PPP, TCP/IP and UDP to connect to a server and runs a simple e-mail application using the POP3 protocol. It displays all the packets transmitted and received along with the protocol headers and data. The information is stored in text files for further analysis. Intercom creates all packets from scratch so you can see the entire process of Internet communications.
