You can schedule up to 99 definable shifts per worksheet, and for each shift, you can define your own abbreviation, start time, end time, break length, and quick key for fast scheduling. You can add "explanations" to shifts, that add further detail to a shift (such as location, job, etc.) or time-off (such as sick, vacation, personal leave, etc.). Coverage totals appear at the bottom of the worksheet, and they allow you to track the number people scheduled by shift, position, or both. You can use the Copy Multiple for dealing with repeating schedules or shift rotations. The program's definable queries allow you to extract important information from the schedule. Popular queries include sick days taken, tardy reports and vacation reports. You can print schedules either portrait or landcape, and even in color.
