You'll also have to hire doctors, nurses, receptionists, and other employees; diagnose diseases and administer drug cures; and manage the hospital budget. Of course, things can go wrong and you may be faced with a psychiatric ward full of Elvis impersonators or a bunch of people in Out Patients with "Hairy-Itis". You have to cure 20 patients in a year in this demo so look after your patients well and provide for their every need.
