is a digital alarm clock.The program's simple interface works like a normal clock radio. In "Alarm Set" mode, click your mouse over the numbers to scroll them up and down. Click the "Wake" light to activate the alarm. Deactivate the alarm to "Snooze" mode by hitting a key or clicking your mouse. Snooze mode sets the alarm to sound again in a few minutes.
You can configure Banshee Screamer to play a CD, a WAV or MP3 file, or an annoying default alarm beep (recorded from an actual clock radio). Alternately, you can have Banshee Screamer run a program, visit a URL, or open a document at the scheduled alarm time. If the alarm action you choose cannot be performed for some reason (such as no CD in the drive), Banshee Screamer automatically tries other ways to make noise. If necessary, it will even use your computer's built-in speaker.
The Banshee Screamer window can display in normal or double-sized modes. It also has an option to stay "on top" of all other windows. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
