ActiveView provides a full-featured text editor to create and edit these freeform notes, and a search facility to help you easily locate the note you need. You can also print envelopes and letters, and select any freeform note and send it out as an e-mail. The freeform notes database can be placed anywhere on the network and can be accessed by multiple users.
ActiveView makes it easy for you to create tasks and calendar events that are related to a selected contact. You can easily display a list of all the selected contact's related tasks and/or calendar events.
You can autodial your desired contact with the click of your mouse (uses your installed TAPI dialer), and can easily print envelopes for any selected contact.
ActiveView includes a "view horizon" for both the task window and the calendar window, so you can view current as well as upcoming tasks and events.
