is a text-to-speech application designed to give your computer a somewhat human-sounding voice so that it can read aloud arbitrary text, such as Web pages or e-mail.Through file type association, the program can read any text file or Rich Text Format file directly from the Internet. The program features two male and two female voices that speak as slow or as fast, and as high or as low as you wish.
